We are recruiting experienced Production Operators and Packers for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Boronia.
Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous process working experience to join a fast-paced production workplace on an ongoing basis.

About the Role
Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, as a production operator you will be overseeing production lines, assisting in rapid-paced packing products, quality checking and line maintenance.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Fast paced packing activities and production line assistance.
If trained, set up machines and perform changeovers when required.
Conduct routine equipment and product quality checks.
Maintain production output and quality standards
Identify and report machine/production line faults or issues
Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Complete production documentation accurately
Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment




Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
Minimum 6 months experience as production worker in food or pharma
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
Reliable transport and flexibility to work day, afternoon or night shifts
Open to limited and unlimited working rights applicants residing in Australia
