Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PFI Contracts Manager to oversee the PFI contract, its budget, and to ensure timely monitoring and reporting of all sums against the contract.
You will monitor payment mechanisms, resolve complex contract queries, and act as the main link between the FM provider and CUH internal technical teams, ensuring performance specifications are met and the Trust's position is protected.
