What the classic journey of career development looks like
PHASE 1:A settling in process in whch you'll quickly be delivering our Semi-Private PT classes plus learning our client systems and the 5EW exercise programming pathway
PHASE 2:Take 1:1 PT sessions - applying the skills around what makes a world class PT session and behaviour coaching to develop consistency and client results
PHASE 3:Get Certified in our core services - Bio-Mechanical Assessment, Nutrition Coaching, Program Design, and more.
PHASE 4:Refine your skills and possibly have the opportunity to mentor newer 5EW PT's
THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE TIME:Attend team weekly education sessions and receive weekly mentoring
About the role
You will mainly be running personal training, semi-private PT, and conducting client assessments and ongoing consultations
You need to have significant flexibility around the times that you work to suit the businesses demands
Candidates must be available to work flexibly across all time periods to meet business operational requirements.
You have the opportunity to grow over time to conduct nutritional coaching, mentor and lead new coaches, conduct workshops, and more
