headspace Roma is seeking a Clinical Lead (Mental Health Clinician) to influence youth mental health outcomes in rural Queensland.
You will mentor current clinicians, lead service improvements, and uphold the headspace Model Integrity Framework, all while maintaining a small client caseload.
In this leadership role, you will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage clinical reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders.
