$110K-$130K package, plus overtime and incentives if you want them
Company ute, fuel card, quality tools supplied

We're hiring 1 plumber, then we're full.

One spot.
Outstanding pay.
A team that actually backs you.
Convenient Plumbing Services is one of Townsville's growing maintenance plumbing businesses, and we're looking for one more qualified plumber and gas fitter.
Not ten.
One.
Then we're full.
You've done the hard yards and built your trade.
Now find a company that looks after you for it.
WHAT YOU GET
$110,000 - $130,000 based on experience and capability
Overtime and extra hours available if you want to earn more, plus performance incentives
Fully maintained company Ute and fuel card
Quality tools and equipment, and modern systems
3PM knock-offs, early Fridays, Easter and Christmas downtime
Paid training and support to gain extra endorsements
Regular performance and pay reviews, and a genuine path into leadership
Stable, long-term work with a local business that's investing in its people
YOU WON'T BE LEFT ON YOUR OWN
You'll work independently, but never alone.
Got a difficult fault?
Pick up the phone.
Need another set of hands?
We've got a team.
You've got experienced tradespeople, apprentices, office support and management that understands the trade.
LIFE COMES FIRST, TOO
We expect a lot: turn up, be reliable, take ownership,

do quality work.
In return, we'll do everything reasonably possible to get you to the footy grand final, the school concert or whatever matters at home.
Flexibility works both ways.
We also actually spend time together outside work: fishing charters, golf days, lawn bowls, Cowboys games and Friday knock-offs.
THE WORK
Blocked drains, CCTV inspections and high-pressure jetting
Hot water repairs, replacements and fault finding
Gas fitting and servicing
Leak detection, backflow and TMV work
Drainage repairs and replacements
Roofing, gutters and stormwater
Irrigation, pumps and pressure systems
Renovations, upgrades and preventative maintenance
Our customers range from Townsville homeowners to real estates, body corporates, schools, childcare centres, shopping centres, government facilities, QBuild, airports and major commercial clients.
WHO WE WANT
The plumber customers ask for by name.
Someone honest, reliable, confident and professional, who takes pride in the job, owns a mistake rather than hiding it, and backs the person working beside them.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Current QBCC plumbing/drainage licensing as required for the role
Current driver's license, White Card and Blue Card
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability and personal accountability
Gas, Backflow, TMV, Restricted Electrical and other endorsements are highly regarded.
Don't tick every box?
If you're the right person, we'll invest in developing you.
Great work.
Great people.
A career, and a life outside of it.
