Suncorp Group is seeking a Claims Advisor based in Canberra to manage a portfolio of MAI claims arising from motor vehicle accidents.
You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving commercial outcomes, ensuring timely settlement and appropriate rehabilitation for claimants.
You will collaborate with medical providers, internal teams, and external bodies to resolve claims, assess needs, and maintain compliance with ACT MAI requirements.
Solid communication and empathy are essential.
