Goodstart Emerald is seeking a Senior Educator for a full time role (38 hours/week) at 77 Esmond Street, Emerald, QLD.
You will lead a room of Educators to deliver high-quality programs, working closely with Centre Leadership and the Educational Leader to continuously improve teaching practices.
A strong focus on safety and inclusivity is essential.
You will be supported with scholarships, a 5% above award pay, superannuation, and significant staff benefits including parental leave and childcare
