This is apermanent part time night duty role, ideal for a confident RN who is comfortable working as thesole nurse on shift, supported by3 support workers.
About the Role
Night duty –solo RN on shift
Clinical leadership and oversight of the shift
Supervision and support of care staff
Ensuring high-quality, resident-centred care
Roster
3 shifts per week (part-time)
Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
Week 2:Monday, Friday, Sunday
Roster may vary
Requirements
CurrentAHPRA registration
Minimum 2–3 years RN experience
Strong clinical judgement and leadership skills
Previous aged care experience highly regarded
Pay Rates
Year 2:From$42/hour
Year 3:From$*****/hour
Year 5+:From$53/hour
