Experienced Travel Consultant for our Gympie office
You will be joining a friendly, collaborative team in a fast paced travel workplace where you will assist clients in creating memorable travel experiences whilst providing a high level of personalised service.
Flexible working hours are available for the right person, along with genuine travel opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Create tailored domestic and international travel experiences designed around each client's interests and needs.
Recommend and co-ordinate premium flights, accommodation, cruises, touring options and exclusive private experiences.
Manage bookings from initial enquiry and quotation through to final travel documentation.
Offer expert advice on fares, supplier conditions, travel insurance and entry requirements.
Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and attention to detail.
Achieve sales and service goals while consistently delivering value to clients.
About you




Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Genuine passion for travel
Positive attitude and desire to have fun while being part of a busy team
Full working rights in Australia
Previous travel industry experience (highly desirable)
Experience using Sabre or another GDS (highly desirable)
