We are looking for an experienced EUC Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Endpoint Management to support enterprise end-user computing environments.
Key Skills Required:
Patch Management & OS Upgrades
Device Compliance & Security Policies
Solid troubleshooting skills (hardware, printers, BSOD, login/authentication, application issues)
Excellent end-user support and communication skills
Mandatory Experience:
Hands-on administration of Microsoft Intune
Windows Autopilot enrollment and deployment
Device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
Endpoint compliance and security policy implementation
End-user support and desktop operations in enterprise environments
