This is a hands-on role involving a variety of factory duties, including packing products, quality assurance, operating production/process lines and assisting with the general day-to-day operations of the factory.
The successful applicant may also be required to undertake deliveries when required.
Key responsibilities
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Performing quality assurance and quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Operating production and processing lines safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading products and materials
Undertaking deliveries as required
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Following company policies, procedures and quality requirements
Reporting any product, equipment or safety issues to management
About you
Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing,



production or warehouse environment
A strong work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A reliable and punctual work ethic
The ability to follow procedures and workplace instructions
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties
A current driver's licence and valuable driving history
A current Forklift Licence would be highly regarded
A varied and hands-on role
