A tier-1 builder is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the commercial side of major data centre and mission-critical projects in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
Lead head contract and subcontract administration from tender through to final account
Manage cost reporting, forecasting, progress claims and variations
Manage procurement and negotiate subcontract packages
Identify and manage commercial risk and resolve disputes
Lead and mentor contract administrators
About you
Senior contracts or commercial management experience with a tier-1 or tier-2 builder
Data centre, mission-critical or complex technical project experience is highly regarded
Solid command of AS **** and AS **** contracts
A degree in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field
