Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking qualified and experienced cooks for a large estate kitchen in Melbourne.
You will prepare, create and decorate food, uphold hygiene, and help deliver high-quality, cutting-edge menus using local produce in our in-house dining room.
Requirements include AQF Certificate III with at least two years on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV, or three years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Australian food safety and HACCP is essential.
