This role focuses on Residential Aged Care, delivering mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing sessions.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team across RAC and community settings, with mentorship, a competitive salary, flexible arrangements and solid professional development opportunities.
