Country Hotel Group Pty Ltd operates a busy Italian restaurant in Potts Point, Sydney.
They are seeking an experienced Chef for a full time role, with a salary of AU$80,000–AU$85,000 plus superannuation, covering lunch and dinner services, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
The successful candidate will lead menu development, manage stock and costs, and maintain high food quality across service.
This is a permanent, full-time position in a supportive kitchen team.
