Full-Time Allrounder/Barista - High Volume Busy Cafe
We are looking for an experienced, fast and reliable Barista/Allrounder to join our busy hospital cafe.
You will confidently handle high-volume coffee orders, multitask efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Prepare quality coffee quickly and consistently during busy periods
Handle high-volume coffee orders efficiently
Take customer orders and operate the POS system
Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and other beverages
Assist with simple food preparation and general cafe duties
Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining speed and accuracy
Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked




Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service
About you
Previous experience in a busy, high-volume cafe is essential
Rapid, efficient and confident working under pressure
Excellent multitasking skills - able to manage several tasks independently
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Friendly with good customer service skills
Proactive, organised and a good team player
Monday to Friday - no weekends or public holidays
Friendly and supportive working environment
