The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday-day shift.
8:00am - 4:30pm.
What You'll Do
Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
Greeting customers on arrival.
Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles




Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
Telephone and email correspondence
Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience within a Customer Service position
Highly professional and personable with robust relationship building skills
Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
