We're on the lookout for two passionate full-time GP VMO Supervisors to join our team in beautiful Tasmania.

The Role
In this role, you'll supervise up to four registrars across the RACGP and ACRRM pathways, providing clinical guidance and pastoral support as they develop their skills in the rewarding world of rural general practice.
Provide GP services at our well-supported medical centres in rural Tasmania.
Be credentialed (or willing to be) with theTasmanian Health Service (THS).
Offer back-up on-call support at the local hospital - because real mentorship means being there when it counts.
Have the option to step into theMedical Coordinatorrole if leadership is your passion.

You'll Need
Fellowship withRACGPorACRRM.
CurrentAHPRA registration(Specialist).
Supervisor status(or eligibility to become a supervisor) acrossRACGP/ACRRM.
THS credentialing(or willingness to obtain it).
ALS2(or equivalent), and comfort in rural hospital settings.
