Fresh Hope Communities seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic care for residents, prioritising health, wellbeing and community connection to support changing needs.
Based at Clelland Lodge, North Nowra, NSW, you'll join a dedicated team across PM and Night shifts.
You'll provide care per Aged Care Standards, lead care staff, coordinate medications, and participate in ongoing training.
Current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years RN experience are essential; sponsorship is not
