KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing an established portfolio of approximately 40 strata buildings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
Preparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
Overseeing budgets, financial matters and compliance requirements.
Providing professional advice and guidance to strata committees.
Ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage a portfolio independently and efficiently.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
