WesTrac Kalgoorlie is seeking a Parts Interpreter to manage customer orders for Caterpillar parts, interpret requirements, and ensure accurate processing to maintain customer loyalty.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality service with robust attention to detail and compliance, handling enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins.
Roster: 9DO to 5DO, 11.5 hours including meal break.
This is a residential Kalgoorlie position, supporting Workshop, Field Service teams and Account Managers.
