About the Role
As a Labourer / Workshop Assistant, you will take on a diverse range of hands-on tasks, including:
Operating workshop saws and brake presses
Assisting with stores duties, such as picking and preparing parts
Managing pick-ups and drop-offs
Conducting general workshop and equipment maintenance
Fitting basic attachments and performing assembly work, including wheels and related components
Preparing surfaces for painting

About You
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are valued above all. A trade qualification is not necessary, but the right candidate will have:
A keen willingness to learn and follow directions
A reliable and proactive approach to work
The ability to work well within a team
Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (helpful but not essential)
A current driver's licence
Previous workshop or labouring experience is a plus
