We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team on a permanent part time basis at Best Western Olde Maritime, 110 Merri Street, Warrnambool, VIC — a well-established 43-room property at the western end of the Great Ocean Road, beside Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and home to the recently refurbished Clovelly Restaurant & Bar.
Role overview
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming setting for our guests. You'll report to our Housekeeping Supervisor and work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in every room.

Key responsibilities
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms
Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels and beverages
Provide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways and lobbies
Keep track of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
