Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Coordinator – Admissions & Assessments role. You will review residents' clinical needs, translate information into accurate assessments and care documentation to support the care team from day one.
In this hands-on clinical role, you will guide pre-admission and admission processes, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with families and staff to plan appropriate care and funding outcomes.
