MindChamps Shellharbour is seeking an experienced Room Leader – Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead a Preschool Room, guiding curriculum and a dedicated team. The role combines teaching excellence with solid leadership, supervision, and collaboration with the Centre Director.
You will design engaging EYLF-aligned programs, mentor educators, and ensure high-quality learning experiences, safety, and wellbeing for children while building partnerships with families and the local community.
