Country Fire Authority (CFA) Horsham is seeking a Learning and Development qualified to join a supportive, focused team. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering training for volunteers, shaping the annual district training plan and ensuring consistency across programs.
You will liaise with stakeholders, analyse and schedule training, and support Regional Learning and Development teams to strengthen capability across the district. A TAE qualification and drivers licence are preferred.
