Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift DC Coordinator to join our Lidcombe Distribution Centre.
Reporting to the DC Manager, this frontline leadership role coordinates the protected, efficient and accurate operation of the afternoon shift.
You will lead a team of approximately 10 to 20 employees, ensuring orders are picked and dispatched on time, trucks loaded to schedule, and stock controlled with a strong focus on safety and productivity.
