Coles Group Manufacturing in Erskine Park is seeking a Shift Manager to lead, coordinate and optimise nightshift production within the Retail Ready Operations function, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
You'll guide a team, manage resources and drive manufacturing performance in a fast-paced environment.
This permanent nightshift runs 12 Midnight - 8:30 AM, Tuesday to Saturday.
The role demands solid leadership, food safety knowledge and hands‐on experience with high-speed packaging machinery.
