Tasmania Government's Community Rapid Response Service - North (ComRRS-N) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver acute community care with a high degree of clinical autonomy, applying advanced assessment and treatment skills.
You will collaborate with GP's, medical specialists and allied health staff to provide coordinated, person-centred care, with clinical leadership and a commitment to protected, evidence-based practice in a multi-disciplinary team.
