MADEC is seeking a Placement Specialist - Post Placement Support to connect participants with employers and ensure ongoing support after job starts.
The role emphasises proactive outreach, accurate record-keeping and collaboration with coaches and the payments team.
You'll follow up with employers to anchor placements in our systems and coordinate smooth handovers to the Post Placement Support Officer, helping participants sustain employment and achieve lasting success.
