experienced Multi-skilled Mobile Plant Operators
with strong civil construction & bulk earthworks experience.

Skills, Experience and Abilities
3+ years of operating experience
Experience operating a range of civil plant including Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Skid Steers, Rollers, Scrapers, Articulated Dump Trucks and HR Watercarts
Experience operating the above machinery in a Civil Construction scope




Positive work attitude and great work ethic - not afraid to get your hands dirty with manual labour
Current HR driver's license (minimum requirement)
RIIMP Operating tickets or ability to showcase competency to our Trainer & Assessor for VOC's
Ability to work to Project Specific rosters (typically 2:1)
FIFO/DIDO to projects located in Regional Western Australia (Accommodation, meals & travel supplied by RDH)
White/Blue card (Construction Safety Induction)
Satisfactory National Police Clearance (minimum requirement)
Ability to complete full pre-employment medical and Drug & alcoholscreening
