About the Role & Clinic
Setting:Primarily a supportive, multidisciplinary allied health clinic with a focus on peer-learning, evidence-based, and holistic functional therapy.
Clients:Opportunity to work withpaediatric clientsand a combination of teenagers, young adults, and some adults.
Clients include those withNDIS funding, Medicare, and private funding.
Flexibility:Flexible hours, with clinical care delivered via face-to-face (clinic-based, with occasional community/school/home visits) and online tele-health.
Both individual and group sessions are offered.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, assess, and provideevidence-based interventionfor speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Provide education and create individualised treatment plans for a diverse population.
Complete detailed documentation: progress notes, assessment/funding reports, referral letters, and goal setting/reviewing.
Report progress to appropriate parties (e.g., family, teachers, medical professionals) and participate in care-team meetings.

Qualifications:Valid Australian working rights,Current SPA registration, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Desired:Experience working within the NDIS system.
