Responsible for the coordination of the parts sales function to ensure customer satisfaction, invoicing and dispatching sales in a timely manner and maintaining inventory in line with company policies and procedures.
About the role:
To attend to counter service and Customer phone enquires as needed.
Promote sales / follow up on sales by all possible means
Ensure all parts are charged prior to leaving the premises
About you:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software
