As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to own a broad generalist remit spanning ER, talent acquisition and compliance.
It is worth highlighting that this is anewly created role, and an opportunity for you to build, develop and lead the People Engagement and Human Resources functions.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this highly influential role will partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, wellbeing and organisational culture across multiple locations.
Combining strategic influence with hands‐on execution, you will coach leaders, lead recruitment initiatives, and foster a high‐performing, values‐driven workforce while delivering an exceptional employee experience from attraction through to retention.
This role requires regular travel across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria as well as interstate travel, primarily to New South Wales, with further national travel expected as our footprint grows.
Develop, implement and lead the entire HR function.




Drive recruitment, engagement, retention and workforce planning - to build a positive, high‐performing workplace culture.
Partner with leaders to provide commercially pragmatic ER advice and support.
Deliver People & Culture projects and improvement initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance to support business growth.
About you
Commercially minded professional who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
Able to challenge and influence senior leaders, navigate complexity and deliver practical people solutions.
Strong expertise across recruitment, employee relations and professional development.
Specialist knowledge of engagement initiatives, retention and workforce planning.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship‐building skills.
Solid knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR best practice.
Proven ability to influence leaders, manage projects and support multi‐site operations.
