Anchor Homes is seeking a Head of Pre-Construction to lead the end-to-end pre-construction phase for modular homes in Victoria and NSW.
You will own the process from client agreement to handover, directing the Pre-Construction Managers, Design Team Leader, estimators, planners and coordinators.
You'll drive contract signings, forecast financials, and push projects forward with solid design and value engineering.
