You will support the Store Manager, lead the floor, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to run the store as needed.
The role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, are customer-focused, commercially minded, and thrive in a quick-paced environment.
