We're looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on a landmark high-end townhouse development in Elsternwick. This isn't a role where you'll be buried in layers of management or reporting through multiple channels. You'll be onsite working in tandem with a dedicated site team, work closely with experienced directors and play a key role in delivering an exceptional outcome.

Working closely with the site team, consultants and subcontractors, you'll be empowered to make decisions, maintain programme, manage commercial outcomes and ensure an exceptional standard of delivery.

Overseeing programme, budget, procurement and project delivery
Managing subcontractors, consultants and client relationships
Driving quality, safety and programme outcomes on site
Identifying and resolving project risks before they become issues

About You:
You'll already be working across commercial or multi-residential projects and be comfortable taking ownership rather than relying on layers of support. We're interested in people who have:
Proven experience as a CA with a commercial builder
Worked on commercial-grade townhouses, apartments or mixed-use developments (builder/ head contractor)
Strong understanding of construction methodology and contract administration
Excellent commercial and financial management skills
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The confidence to work autonomously while leading from the front
