The Role
5 days per week (set roster)
Support employee engagement and learning.
Oversee the front of house barista area.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards




Work with our social enterprise manager to help provide wrap around supports
Work efficiently during service while maintaining presentation
Work alongside and model standards for young people in training
About You
Robust work ethic and reliability
Sound knowledge of food safety practices
Patient and able to work constructively with young people
Organised, reliable, and able to maintain standards independently
Able to use initiative
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in food quality, runs a clean kitchen, and can balance production with mentoring responsibilities.
