Häfele in Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Care team member to join our Dandenong South operations. You will be involved in all aspects of after-sales support, from resolving customer concerns and coordinating warranty claims to arranging services and ensuring timely outcomes.
You'll coordinate credit claims nationally, managing review, authorisation, processing and follow-up to ensure accuracy and adherence to timeframes, in a busy international, family-owned workplace.
