The Role
Based at our Scoresby operation, this role is all about
smart planning, decisive allocation, and keeping freight moving
. You'll be the key link between customer requirements and on-road execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and managing daily delivery schedules
Allocating loads across company drivers and subcontractors
Coordinating with load teams to ensure readiness
Monitoring live performance and adjusting in real time
Collaborating with the customer to meet KPIs
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Providing explicit operational updates to the broader team
What We're Looking For
Experience in a transport planning or allocator role
Strong knowledge of Melbourne and Regional Vic freight corridors
Strong understanding of load restraint requirements
Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
Confident decision-making with solid operational judgement
Comfortable with transport tech and data
