Australian Meat Group is seeking an Information Technology support officer to administer and support the daily operations of the company. This permanent full -time position comes with opportunities for growth and development for an aspiring candidate who is interested in wide-ranging and challenging role in a manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Information and Communication Technology support
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the phone and in person
Resolving hardware issues with workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, network equipment, and mobile devices
Perform the provision and installation of IT equipment
Other projects and duties as assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:




Experience with managing Active Directory, GPO's etc.
Experience with system integration and automation equipment such as robotic stackers etc.
Ability to diagnose and solve problems
Experience with barcoding equipment.
Extensive experience with IT systems, devices, and related technologies
Understanding of general networking (routers, switches, wireless)
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical issues into simple terminology that everyday users can understand
