Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service Aboriginal Corporation seeks an Aboriginal Health Practitioner to provide primary health care for Aboriginal individuals, families and community groups.
The role focuses on arranging and coordinating care plans in partnership with GPs and other clinicians.
Essentials include Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander eligibility and current AHPRA registration.
This is a maximum term contract for 1 year, with possible extension/permanency, in WA.
