G'day Group, Discovery Parks Rottnest Island, is seeking a casual Reservations/Front Office team member to support guest services on Rottnest Island. The role requires daily ferry travel from Fremantle, with paid ferry costs by the company, and focuses on reservations during the peak period (October–April).
Outside peak, duties adapt to front desk tasks, guest enquiries, payments, check-ins/outs, and collaboration with park teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
