Soteria is hiring a Male Support Worker in the Jervis Bay area to provide SIL home support for participants with complex care needs. You will work a rotating roster including day, evening and overnight shifts, with some weekend availability required.
You will assist clients with daily routines, skills training and transport to appointments, while maintaining detailed shift reports and collaborating with a supportive team. NDIs and WH&S; are integral to daily practice.
