St John of God Ballarat Hospital in Ballarat VIC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Ward on a permanent basis. You will deliver patient-centred care, undertake assessments, care planning, medication administration and monitoring.
You will join a supportive multidisciplinary team, have at least 12 months post-registration experience, and contribute to secure, evidence-based practice while maintaining infection control, documentation and handover.
