Description
Your role
Attend to customer enquiries via email and phone
Work alongside our sales and operations teams to support the customer purchase journey from quotation to order to delivery to invoice
Work closely with sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
Communication with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing
Maintain a close working relationship with our Austrian order fulfilment team
Maintain and improve data quality in our customer database (CRM) and maintain accurate system notes
Support our sales team in chance management and lead follow-up (no cold calling)
Support our customers to access the OMICRON Customer Portal
Handle customer payment processes, including credit and collection discussions
Provide back-up to the CSS team in other processes (product servicing and training)
Participate in and contribute to team meetings and goal setting
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Perform other duties as required
What makes you a great fit
Business Administration qualifications
Working experience in office-based sales support and order fulfilment
Experience in order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context
Knowledge of and experience with customs topics and incoterms
Excellent MS Office knowledge. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM ideal
Professional communication skills - both verbal and written
