About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organised
Storeperson
to join our team at our Mareeba QLD facility on a
full-time or part-time basis
. This is a hands-on warehouse and storage role that plays a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly. As Storeperson, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatching stock, and maintaining a safe and organised storage environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this position.
Key responsibilities
Receive, unload and check incoming stock for accuracy and condition
Organise and store products in the warehouse using appropriate storage methods and systems
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely and accurate manner
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards




Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods promptly
Assist with general maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
Support other team members as required to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Serve customers during high demand periods
What we're looking for
Proven experience working in a warehouse, storage or similar environment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and lift heavy items regularly
Commitment to health and safety practices and procedures
Basic numeracy skills for inventory management and stock counting
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse software is desirable
