What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you'll become the trusted partner for workshops, fleets and trade customers throughout your territory.You will:
Build relationships with both existing and new customers
Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand your territory
Prospect and win current business
Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits
Maintain and replenish customer Varo storage systems
Provide product demonstrations and technical recommendations
Manage your customer pipeline through our CRM system
Participate in sales promotions and business development campaigns
Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Achieve and exceed sales targets while building long-term customer partnerships

The person we're after:
Loves talking with customers and building relationships
Has a strong work ethic and enjoys chasing results
Wants to develop a long-term sales career
Is confident working independently
Has great communication and organisational skills
Is eager to learn and grow professionally
Holds a current driver's licence
Sales experience is an advantage but not essential. If you've built strong product knowledge and customer relationships in the parts industry, we'll help you develop the sales skills.
