An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Physiotherapist to join a growing healthcare organisation delivering quality services across Aged Care, Private and Community.
Based on the Mornington Peninsula, this role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career while enjoying the lifestyle that coastal Victoria has to offer - less commuting, a strong sense of community and a more relaxed pace of life.
$50 per hour, PT 3 days a week - Adaptable to grow to FT

About the Role
You'll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community. Our client is a respected healthcare provider known for its commitment to exceptional care, open and transparent communication, and the deep trust it has built with clients across Victoria.
Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation
Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
Working across Aged Care and Community environments
Developing individualised treatment and care plans
Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
About You




You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
You'll bring:
Current, unrestricted
AHPRA registration
Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications
Authorisation to work in Australia
3 years + Experience as a Physiotherapist
A strong commitment to the role and a genuine interest in building a long term career with the organisation
Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A client focused and compassionate approach
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
A current Victorian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
