Sweet By Nature is seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser to provide hands‐on HR services, support our people and managers, and implement HR policies and programs. You will handle recruitment, induction, personnel records and HRIS, while advising on workplace relations and performance matters.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will also coordinate staff training and support injury management/return‐to‐work processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
